I so far Love my 24 ZR2 and prefer it over my 22 v6 zR2 . Simple muffler swap and you have tone. Yes not like a v8 but definitely not a mouse fart in church either.

Um, your neighbors might want to get some home inspectors in. Cuz if DR Horton messed up this bad on yours? Chances are they did the same kind of stuff on theirs as well. Good on you getting them to pay for the repairs. And thankfully, they aren't doing the repairs themselves (cuz I would expect them to not be very good at that).

You missed the part about NO PHYSICAL HEADLIGHT KNOB! They just expect the auto headlights to always be sufficient. You have to go through the control screens to manually turn on the headlights.

I have a question. I have followed your channel and done all the mods you have to my trail boss. I do have an issue and this is my headlights. How do I modify them? I keep getting high beamed and cussed at for blinding people. How can I adjust them since the leveling kit raised it out of the norm. I couldn’t find a video of you doing this.

That Colorado pickup has a timing chain on the front of the motor as well as a timing chain on the back of the motor. That is some stupid engineering system for sure. I don't know which is worse that or ford's water pump inside the front of the motor behind the timing chain cover.

The knob shifter is so nice. Cleans up a lot of space and even though you may have a physical shifter it's just for feel now as it's electronic and not a physical shift cable or lever. Love the knob on the dash of my Rams

They have to keep making the bodies bigger because the emissions are based on the volume of the vehicle. If the EPA was out of the equation, we could start having lower cost reliable vehicles, and the free market would take care of all the rest. It’s the government involvement that has ruined everything.

Damn, got here late. YES, contrary to all the comments here a rear axle alignment can be done by a competent shop. It's done with shims between the leaf springs and the axle also between the axle flange and bearing hub if equipped with or the brake backing plate. Anyone with questions just search for; Full contact wheel alignment. 😂

3 things I would change on the Bison; 1) I want an extended cab not the crew cab , 2) give me a 6’ bed with that extended cab, 3) get back to the V6 at least and a small block v8 would be HUGE over a 4 banger turbo. Edit: I just saw that you agree with me on the small block LS V8. Come on GM, get it done!!

I must say I do like the styling and capabilities of some of the new mid-sized trucks out there. With that said, I have the same issue with the overuse of turbocharged 4-cylinder engines. Sure, with the turbos the engines make a decent amount of power. Aside from other problems, like they are tiny and don't sound great, if the turbo goes, and it will; you are essentially driving a brick. The problem with the naturally aspirated part of the 4-cylinder engine system is that they have little to no power without forced induction. This sucks, especially in a truck, if you like doing truck things. With an 8-cylinder engine, you have decent power regardless of whether or not you decide to add forced induction. The other issue with the small, under-powered 4-cylinder engines is that when the turbos go out, they are expensive to replace. I would much rather have an 8-cylinder engine. I suppose for trucks, they could at least start with a 6-cylinder and add turbos and it would be a bit better than just a 4-banger.

Its not about pushing crews to do things right the first time…… Its about pushing dr horton to pay the appropriate price that this kind of work requires. Its all price dependent…. You get what you pay for…. I guarantee you this is not the first and only home that has this issue… builders are notorious for under paying there subs to maximize profits The crews will do what they can with whats provided. 9 times of 10 the builder will provide all the material to save money.

Best yet - started doing myself on every car and truck with a $100 tool. Paid for itself first time. And here is the situation. The $120 alignment guy could never get my Passat correct. The car was even bought back by Volkswagen due to vibrations in the drivetrain at the same time of the TDI buyback. I found out they must have been using a bad spec because when I aligned it dead, even all the vibrations went away from 0 to 100 miles an hour and even higher if the car would go faster.

At least DR Horton finally did the right thing. I have a D R Horton home myself but it was built back in 2004 when they done really good work back in the day. I am sad to see them taking short cuts. I live in TX
